Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of users of the website
of the Foundation “Nie Widząc Przeszkód” (hereinafter: “Website” or “Service”), including
visitors, newsletter subscribers, project participants, donors, and persons contacting the
Foundation.
The Administrator of personal data is Fundacja Nie Widząc Przeszkód with its registered
office in Kraków, ul. Zaporoska 8/3, Poland (hereinafter: “Foundation” or
“Administrator”).0
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Polish Personal Data
Protection Act, and other applicable laws.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
The Foundation processes personal data for the following purposes:
• Implementation of the Foundation’s statutory goals (support for persons with
disabilities, Blind Football section, etc.) – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a/d)
GDPR;
• Handling inquiries and correspondence – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• Own marketing (newsletter) – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent);
• Execution of donations, contracts, and accounting – Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR;
• Statistical analysis and service improvement – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Scope of Data Processed
Depending on the interaction, the following data may be processed:
• Identification data (first name, last name);
• Contact data (email address, phone number, postal address);
• Technical data (IP address, cookies, device and browser data);
• Donation and accounting data (as required by tax law);
• Other data provided voluntarily.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website uses cookies for:
• Proper functioning of the site;
• Traffic analysis (e.g., Google Analytics);

The Foundation applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect

9. Changes to the Policy
The Foundation reserves the right to update this Policy. The current version is always
available on the Website. Significant changes will be communicated where possible.
